The work Untitled No. 14 by Fang Lijun was auctioned at Phillips in Hong Kong in June last year. It achieved a price of HKD 30,240.00 (€ 3,679.98), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 51%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fang Lijun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Series 2 No. 4 in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 59,480,000.00 (€ 6,123,639.27).

Die Arbeit Untitled No. 14 von Fang Lijun kam im Juni letzten Jahres bei Phillips in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 30.240,00 (€ 3.679,98) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 51%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fang Lijun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Series 2 No. 4 im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 59.480.000,00 (€ 6.123.639,27).
