Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2015 Artcurial held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art, which included the work Ectoplasme - 1973 by Eugène de Kermadec. The price achieved of EUR 2,470.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Eugène de Kermadec have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Les Bras Couleur D'Aurore - 1939 in December 2019 with an auction result of EUR 23,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2015 führte Artcurial die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ectoplasme - 1973 von Eugène de Kermadec zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.470,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Eugène de Kermadec auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Les Bras Couleur D'Aurore - 1939 im Dezember 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 23.400,00.
