Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled, 2014 And Untitled, 2015 by Enoc Pérez for USD 3,500.00 (€ 2,972.65). This price was achieved in the auction Legends, Landscapes, and Lovelies | Photographs at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Enoc Pérez achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Havana Riviera Hotel, La Havana, Cuba in May 2012 with an auction result of USD 374,500.00 (€ 302,895.50).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Untitled, 2014 And Untitled, 2015 von Enoc Pérez für USD 3.500,00 (€ 2.972,65) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Legends, Landscapes, and Lovelies | Photographs bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Enoc Pérez erzielen.
