Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of EUR 25,200.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Enoc Pérez achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Havana Riviera Hotel, La Havana, Cuba in May 2012 with an auction result of USD 374,500.00 (€ 302,895.50).
