Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

It achieved a price of USD 8,125.00 (€ 7,234.44), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 16%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Enoc Pérez achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Havana Riviera Hotel, La Havana, Cuba in May 2012 with an auction result of USD 374,500.00 (€ 302,895.50).
