A top price for Emilio Tadini - as previously expected
In May 2015 Phillips in New York held the auction The Great Wonderful: 100 Years of Italian Art, which included the work Le déjeuner sur l’herbe by Emilio Tadini. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 30,000.00 – 40,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 32,500.00 (€ 29,561.58) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Le déjeuner sur l’herbe is the most expensive artwork by Emilio Tadini that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Mai 2015 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion The Great Wonderful: 100 Years of Italian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le déjeuner sur l’herbe von Emilio Tadini zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 30.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 32.500,00 (€ 29.561,58) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Le déjeuner sur l’herbe das teuerste Kunstwerk von Emilio Tadini, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
