Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Svolvaer, Lofoten, Norway by Ejnar Nielsen was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in London in August 2010. The price achieved of GBP 687.50 (€ 831.13) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Admittedly, works by Ejnar Nielsen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape from Svinkløv, Denmark in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 4,800.00 (€ 4,195.07).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Svolvaer, Lofoten, Norway von Ejnar Nielsen wurde im August 2010 in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 687,50 (€ 831,13) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ejnar Nielsen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscape from Svinkløv, Denmark im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 4.800,00 (€ 4.195,07).
