Auction result well in line with expectations
In March this year Bruun Rasmussen held the auction Modern art and design, which included the work “Mit soveværelse” (My bedroom) by Ejnar Nielsen. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of DKK 4,000.00 – 6,000.00, the actual price achieved of DKK 4,200.00 (€ 563.63) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Ejnar Nielsen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape from Svinkløv, Denmark in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 4,800.00 (€ 4,195.07).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März diesen Jahres führte Bruun Rasmussen die Auktion Modern art and design durch, in der auch die Arbeit “Mit soveværelse” (My bedroom) von Ejnar Nielsen zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von DKK 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von DKK 4.200,00 (€ 563,63) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ejnar Nielsen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscape from Svinkløv, Denmark im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 4.800,00 (€ 4.195,07).
