Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2018 Il Ponte held the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which included the work Federico Garcia Lorca by Eduardo Arroyo. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 8,500.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eduardo Arroyo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Perquisition De St Sebastian in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 96,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2018 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Federico Garcia Lorca von Eduardo Arroyo zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 8.500,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eduardo Arroyo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Perquisition De St Sebastian im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 96.250,00.
