Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work Pont Alexandre Iii by Édouard Cortès for USD 11,340.00 (€ 9,736.41). This price was achieved in the auction European Paintings, Drawings & Sculptures at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Édouard Cortès have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Boulevard in Montmartre, Paris in November 2012 with an auction result of EUR 73,000.00.

Im Oktober 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Pont Alexandre Iii von Édouard Cortès für USD 11.340,00 (€ 9.736,41) erwerben.
