In October 2014 Il Ponte held the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo, which included the work Lago di Lecco by Domenico de Bernardi. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 7,000.00 40% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Domenico de Bernardi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Mattino D'Inverno, which sold at auction in December 2007 for EUR 23,050.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 40 % übertroffen
Im Oktober 2014 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lago di Lecco von Domenico de Bernardi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 7.000,00 und damit 40% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Domenico de Bernardi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Mattino D'Inverno beobachtet, die im Dezember 2007 für EUR 23.050,00 versteigert wurde.
