This artwork by Dimitris Mytaras achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in May 2007. In the The Greek Sale auction, the work Anavasis sold for GBP 31,200.00 (€ 45,912.91) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00. This high result makes Anavasis the most expensive artwork by Dimitris Mytaras that we have observed at auctions so far.
