The auction ended at the price of GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,753.73), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by David Klein have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work New York, Fly Twa in April 2012 with an auction result of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,665.45).
