Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2007 Christies in Tel Aviv held the auction Nineteenth and Twentieth Century Art at the Hilton Hotel, Tel Aviv, which included the work Self-Portrait by Daniel Enkaoua. The price achieved of USD 12,000.00 (€ 8,784.77) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Daniel Enkaoua - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work L'Enfant (yarn en bleu), which sold at auction in September 2012 for EUR 20,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2007 führte Christies in Tel Aviv die Auktion Nineteenth and Twentieth Century Art at the Hilton Hotel, Tel Aviv durch, in der auch die Arbeit Self-Portrait von Daniel Enkaoua zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 12.000,00 (€ 8.784,77) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Daniel Enkaoua mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit L'Enfant (yarn en bleu) beobachtet, die im September 2012 für EUR 20.000,00 versteigert wurde.
