Auction result misses estimated price range
In September this year a collector was able to acquire the work Study of a young nude girl by Carl Christian Constantin Hansen for DKK 26,000.00 (€ 3,485.83). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings & Drawings at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Carl Christian Constantin Hansen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Danish Neptuns Tempel Ved Pestum (The Temple Of Poseidon, Paestum) in May 2008 with an auction result of GBP 24,500.00 (€ 31,165.07).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Study of a young nude girl von Carl Christian Constantin Hansen für DKK 26.000,00 (€ 3.485,83) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings & Drawings bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carl Christian Constantin Hansen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Danish Neptuns Tempel Ved Pestum (The Temple Of Poseidon, Paestum) im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 24.500,00 (€ 31.165,07).
