Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work "Lassie Alley" by Clay Ketter for SEK 32,000.00 (€ 3,148.04). This price was achieved in the auction Important Winter Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 40,000.00 – 50,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Clay Ketter have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work T.P. 181 '98 in September 2010 with an auction result of USD 23,750.00 (€ 17,461.95).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Lassie Alley" von Clay Ketter für SEK 32.000,00 (€ 3.148,04) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Important Winter Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 40.000,00 – 50.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Clay Ketter auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit T.P. 181 '98 im September 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 23.750,00 (€ 17.461,95).
