This artwork by Christine Swane achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bruun Rasmussen in March this year. In the Modern art and design auction, the work View over rooftops sold for DKK 27,000.00 (€ 3,623.34) - well above the upper estimate of DKK 10,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Christine Swane - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Still life with plants and vases, which sold at auction in March this year for DKK 60,000.00 (€ 8,051.88).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Christine Swane erzielte im März diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern art and design wurde die Arbeit View over rooftops für DKK 27.000,00 (€ 3.623,34) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von DKK 10.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Christine Swane mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Still life with plants and vases beobachtet, die im März diesen Jahres für DKK 60.000,00 (€ 8.051,88) versteigert wurde.
