Auction result misses estimated price range
In June this year a collector was able to acquire the work Still life with roses by Christine Swane for DKK 7,500.00 (€ 1,006.87). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Christine Swane have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Still life with plants and vases in March this year with an auction result of DKK 60,000.00 (€ 8,051.88).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Still life with roses von Christine Swane für DKK 7.500,00 (€ 1.006,87) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Christine Swane auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Still life with plants and vases im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 60.000,00 (€ 8.051,88).
