This artwork by Christian Jaccard achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Paris in October 2007. In the Intérieurs auction, the work Sans titre sold for EUR 562.50 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Christian Jaccard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Empreinte - 1972 in March last year with an auction result of EUR 9,709.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Christian Jaccard erzielte im Oktober 2007 bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Intérieurs wurde die Arbeit Sans titre für EUR 562,50 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Christian Jaccard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Empreinte - 1972 im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 9.709,00.
