Auction result fails to reach estimate
This work of art by Christian Vigilius Blache could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in November this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Paintings, furniture and varia auction, the work Coastal view with sailing ships and a steamship changed hands for DKK 1,050.00 (€ 140.83) - just shy of the DKK 3,000.00 estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Christian Vigilius Blache achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Copenhagen harbour in January 2009 with an auction result of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,628.32).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Dieses Kunstwerk von Christian Vigilius Blache konnte im November diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia wechselte die Arbeit Coastal view with sailing ships and a steamship für DKK 1.050,00 (€ 140,83) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit den Schätzpreis von DKK 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Christian Vigilius Blache erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Copenhagen harbour im Januar 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 5.628,32).
