Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2018 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art, which included the work River Boat(Painted In 1991) by Chen Junde. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 200,000.00 – 400,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 236,000.00 (€ 24,901.77) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Chen Junde have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2021 the work View At The Mountain Top (Painted In 2003) was auctioned for HKD 448,400.00 (€ 48,008.25).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2018 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit River Boat(Painted In 1991) von Chen Junde zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 200.000,00 – 400.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 236.000,00 (€ 24.901,77) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Chen Junde konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2021 die Arbeit View At The Mountain Top (Painted In 2003) für HKD 448.400,00 (€ 48.008,25) versteigert.
