Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Scène de bataille by Charles Parrocel was auctioned at Christies in Paris in December 2004. The price achieved of EUR 1,175.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charles Parrocel achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Chasse Au Lion in November 2015 with an auction result of EUR 15,600.00.

Die Arbeit Scène de bataille von Charles Parrocel kam im Dezember 2004 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.175,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Charles Parrocel erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Chasse Au Lion im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 15.600,00.
