Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A rooster with hens and chicks by Carl Jutz Sen. was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in May 2016. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 2,250.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carl Jutz Sen. achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Viel Lärm um Nichts in November 2016 with an auction result of EUR 68,200.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A rooster with hens and chicks von Carl Jutz Sen. kam im Mai 2016 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 2.250,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carl Jutz Sen. erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Viel Lärm um Nichts im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 68.200,00.
