Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A peacock, a rooster and chicks in a stable by Carl Jutz Sen. was sold in the Old Masters & 19th Century Art - (including Dutch Impressionism) auction at Christies in Amsterdam in May 2016. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 8,750.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Carl Jutz Sen. have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Viel Lärm um Nichts in November 2016 with an auction result of EUR 68,200.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A peacock, a rooster and chicks in a stable von Carl Jutz Sen. wurde im Mai 2016 in der Auktion Old Masters & 19th Century Art - (including Dutch Impressionism) bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 8.750,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carl Jutz Sen. auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Viel Lärm um Nichts im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 68.200,00.
