Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Camille Bryen was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in June 2017. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 8,500.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Camille Bryen - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ultraflirt, which sold at auction in May last year for EUR 27,720.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Camille Bryen kam im Juni 2017 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 8.500,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Camille Bryen mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ultraflirt beobachtet, die im Mai letzten Jahres für EUR 27.720,00 versteigert wurde.
