Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2016 Artcurial held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Sans Titre by Camille Bryen. The price achieved of EUR 1,300.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Camille Bryen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ultraflirt in May last year with an auction result of EUR 27,720.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2016 führte Artcurial die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans Titre von Camille Bryen zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.300,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Camille Bryen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ultraflirt im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 27.720,00.
