Auction result well in line with expectations
The work L'Injuste Milieu - 1974 by Camille Bryen was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction at Artcurial in Paris in October 2017. The price achieved of EUR 4,940.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Camille Bryen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ultraflirt in May last year with an auction result of EUR 27,720.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit L'Injuste Milieu - 1974 von Camille Bryen wurde im Oktober 2017 in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.940,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Camille Bryen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ultraflirt im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 27.720,00.
