In December 2020 Il Ponte held the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which included the work Macchina inutile by Bruno Munari. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 13,000.00 63% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bruno Munari achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Buccia di Eva in November this year with an auction result of EUR 140,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 63 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2020 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Macchina inutile von Bruno Munari zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 13.000,00 und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bruno Munari erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Buccia di Eva im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 140.000,00.
