Auction result fails to reach estimate
This work of art by Arthur Luiz Piza could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in June this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern art and design auction, the work Composition changed hands for DKK 1,500.00 (€ 201.37) - just shy of the DKK 3,000.00 estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arthur Luiz Piza achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in November 2011 with an auction result of EUR 133,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Dieses Kunstwerk von Arthur Luiz Piza konnte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern art and design wechselte die Arbeit Composition für DKK 1.500,00 (€ 201,37) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit den Schätzpreis von DKK 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Arthur Luiz Piza erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 133.000,00.
