Auction result misses estimated price range
In April this year a collector was able to acquire the work View from Christiansminde near Svendborg by Anton Thorenfeld for DKK 2,700.00 (€ 362.20). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 3,000.00 – 4,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Anton Thorenfeld have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work View from Lem with small sailing ships in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 2,100.00 (€ 1,835.34).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit View from Christiansminde near Svendborg von Anton Thorenfeld für DKK 2.700,00 (€ 362,20) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Anton Thorenfeld auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit View from Lem with small sailing ships im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 2.100,00 (€ 1.835,34).
