Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antoine Tzapoff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Amazona in July 2007 with an auction result of USD 66,000.00 (€ 48,136.53).

Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 2.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 2.750,00 (€ 1.883,17) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Antoine Tzapoff erzielen.
