Admittedly, works by Antoine Malliarakis Mayo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Egyptian ismailia, Le Marché Arabe (Ismailia, The Arab Market) in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 100,000.00 (€ 84,047.74).
