Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2012 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Old Master & 19th Century Paintings and Drawings, Sculptures, Miniatures, which included the work Sous-Bois by Antoine Chintreuil. The price achieved of EUR 991.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antoine Chintreuil achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Premiers Jours De Printemps in June 2014 with an auction result of EUR 18,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar 2012 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Old Master & 19th Century Paintings and Drawings, Sculptures, Miniatures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sous-Bois von Antoine Chintreuil zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 991,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Antoine Chintreuil erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Premiers Jours De Printemps im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 18.750,00.
