Scola's Collection auction, the work View of Porta Ticinese in the Falling Snow changed hands for EUR 22,000.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 25,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Angelo Inganni have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Veduta di Piazza del Duomo con il Coperto dei Figini in April 2014 with an auction result of EUR 160,000.00.
