Auction result well in line with expectations
In August 2001 Christies in Sydney held the auction AUSTRALIAN AND INTERNATIONAL PAINTINGS, which included the work Pittwater Looking Towards Lion Island, New South Wales by Albert Henry Fullwood. The price achieved of AUD 3,525.00 (€ 2,046.36) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as AUD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Albert Henry Fullwood have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sirius Cove in April 2003 with an auction result of AUD 29,375.00 (€ 14,979.34).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von AUD 3.525,00 (€ 2.046,36) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit AUD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden.
