In May 2013 VAN HAM held the auction Alte Kunst, which included the work Morgenstille an der Küste vor Neapel by Albert Flamm. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 5,160.00 72% above the estimate. Admittedly, works by Albert Flamm have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Im Park der Villa Torlonia in May 2016 with an auction result of EUR 24,510.00.

Im Mai 2013 führte VAN HAM die Auktion Alte Kunst durch, in der auch die Arbeit Morgenstille an der Küste vor Neapel von Albert Flamm zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 5.160,00 und damit 72% über dem Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Albert Flamm auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Im Park der Villa Torlonia im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 24.510,00.
