The auction ended at the price of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 7,088.32), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Adrian Zingg - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Dresden From The Banks Of The Elbe River, which sold at auction in July 2015 for GBP 15,000.00 (€ 21,264.96).
