Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In July 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Master & British Works on Paper, which included the work A Pair Of Mountainous Landscapes by Adrian Zingg. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,368.85). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Adrian Zingg - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Dresden From The Banks Of The Elbe River, which sold at auction in July 2015 for GBP 15,000.00 (€ 21,264.96).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
