In April 2006 Christies in Melbourne held the auction Australian, International & Contemporary Paintings Part II, which included the work Study For Oriental Garden by Adrian Feint. The »bidding war« ended at AUD 4,182.50 (€ 2,515.66), 39% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adrian Feint achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work (Native Floral Arrangement), 1960 in November 2018 with an auction result of AUD 57,340.00 (€ 50,640.29).

Im April 2006 führte Christies in Melbourne die Auktion Australian, International & Contemporary Paintings Part II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Study For Oriental Garden von Adrian Feint zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von AUD 4.182,50 (€ 2.515,66) und damit 39% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adrian Feint erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit (Native Floral Arrangement), 1960 im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von AUD 57.340,00 (€ 50.640,29).
