Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In January 2000 Christies in New York held the auction Important Old Master Paintings, which included the work An Italianate landscape with a donkey and a rearing horse crossing a collapsing bridge by Adam Pynacker. The »bidding war« ended at USD 40,250.00 (€ 41,252.43), 15% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adam Pynacker achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Peasant Playing With His Dog While Resting At The Margin Of A Wood in July 2011 with an auction result of GBP 481,250.00 (€ 552,306.37).
Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Peasant Playing With His Dog While Resting At The Margin Of A Wood im Juli 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 481.250,00 (€ 552.306,37).
