Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2001 a collector was able to acquire the work Paesaggio Palustre by Achille Vertunni for EUR 4,900.00. This price was achieved in the auction ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO at Christies in Rome and was even below the estimate range of EUR 5,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Achille Vertunni - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lungo Il Tevere, which sold at auction in June 2005 for EUR 10,168.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2001 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Paesaggio Palustre von Achille Vertunni für EUR 4.900,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO bei Christies in Rom erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 5.000,00 – 6.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Achille Vertunni mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Lungo Il Tevere beobachtet, die im Juni 2005 für EUR 10.168,00 versteigert wurde.
