Ulrike Hahn is a painter and graphic artist based in Berlin. She studied painting at Berlin Weißensee art  college and art in context at the University of the Arts Berlin. An Erasmus scholarship brought her to Spain where she discovered the southern light.

Since then study visits took her to Portugal, France, and the USA among other places. The French Provence in particular has  a special attraction for her. This area has become a place of longing for Ulrike, to which she has been returning for many years. She paints an draws there for a few weeks and finds inspiration and peace. Back in her studio at home, she works on new paintings, most which are created from memory and feeling.

She already exihibited and sold her paintings internationally. Ulrike currently lives and workes in Berlin. Her studio is located at Berlin Wilhelmsruh.
