Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Girl by Zhou Sicong was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in October last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 100,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 105,600.00 (€ 13,532.19). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhou Sicong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lotuses in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 1,960,000.00 (€ 201,787.71).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Girl von Zhou Sicong wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 100.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 105.600,00 (€ 13.532,19) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhou Sicong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lotuses im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.960.000,00 (€ 201.787,71).
