In May 2013 POLY in Hong Kong held the auction Delightful Harmony - Fine Modern and Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Landscape by Zhang Zongcang. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 11,500.00 (€ 1,140.44), 15% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhang Zongcang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Parasolhall In Autumn in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 49,560,000.00 (€ 5,849,854.06).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2013 führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion Delightful Harmony - Fine Modern and Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Zhang Zongcang zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 11.500,00 (€ 1.140,44) und damit 15% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhang Zongcang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Parasolhall In Autumn im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 49.560.000,00 (€ 5.849.854,06).
