Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2011 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction The Ullens Collection - Experimentation and Evolution, which included the work She - Professor Gao Zhenmei (Mother Portrait) by Yu Hong. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 550,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 596,000.00 (€ 55,040.37). Admittedly, works by Yu Hong have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait With Alternating Red And Green in April 2011 with an auction result of HKD 5,060,000.00 (€ 439,732.81).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2011 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion The Ullens Collection - Experimentation and Evolution durch, in der auch die Arbeit She - Professor Gao Zhenmei (Mother Portrait) von Yu Hong zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 550.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 596.000,00 (€ 55.040,37) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yu Hong auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait With Alternating Red And Green im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.060.000,00 (€ 439.732,81).
