Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Vegetation by Yohanan Simon was auctioned at Christies in Tel Aviv in April 2008. Here, the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 8,500.00 (€ 5,459.92). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yohanan Simon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work At The Kibbutz in December 2012 with an auction result of USD 128,500.00 (€ 97,451.84).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Vegetation von Yohanan Simon kam im April 2008 bei Christies in Tel Aviv zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 8.500,00 (€ 5.459,92) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yohanan Simon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit At The Kibbutz im Dezember 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 128.500,00 (€ 97.451,84).
