Framed. by Wim Wenders was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in May 2013. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 7,000.00 – 9,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 7,500.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Wim Wenders have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lake Galilee before Sunrise in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 51,650.00 (€ 60,296.09).

On The Reverse, Signed In Ink, Titled, Dated And Numbered 6/6 On A Gallery Label Fixed To The Back. Framed. von Wim Wenders kam im Mai 2013 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 7.000,00 – 9.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 7.500,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wim Wenders auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lake Galilee before Sunrise im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 51.650,00 (€ 60.296,09).
