A top price for Wen Zhenmeng
The work Summer Landscape by Wen Zhenmeng was sold in the Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2017. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 300,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 330,400.00 (€ 36,364.42). With this result, Summer Landscape is even the most expensive work of art by Wen Zhenmeng that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Summer Landscape von Wen Zhenmeng wurde im Oktober 2017 in der Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 300.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 330.400,00 (€ 36.364,42) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Summer Landscape sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Wen Zhenmeng, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
