Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2015 Christies in London held the auction A Visual Odyssey Selections from LAC (Lambert Art Collection) Staged by Jacques Grange, which included the work if dunes dream and reds sleep in pairs... by Steve Roden. The price achieved of GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,797.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Other works by Steve Roden have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February 2018 the work transmission 11/60 (stellar regions) was auctioned for USD 5,625.00 (€ 4,606.50).
