Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2020 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Self-Portrait by Solomon Borisovich Nikritin. It changed hands for a price of GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,579.31) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Admittedly, works by Solomon Borisovich Nikritin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Square In Moscow in November 2012 with an auction result of GBP 21,250.00 (€ 26,177.84).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2020 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Self-Portrait von Solomon Borisovich Nikritin zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 3.250,00 (€ 3.579,31) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Solomon Borisovich Nikritin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Square In Moscow im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 21.250,00 (€ 26.177,84).
